An 'Art Nouveau' wooden rectangular tray by Jacques Gruber. Red cameo glass top depicting a cherry branch with leaves. Two handles carved in the main wood structure.

Jacques Gruber was a French stained glass artist, designer, and teacher. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Paris and was known as a designer in the Art Nouveau movement. He worked for Daum, and was a founder of the school of Nancy.
