An Art Deco vase in flaring trapezoidal form, cast in green malachite-effect pressed glass. Each of the two panels features a high-relief classical female figure set against a radiating sun and stylized foliage. The surface alternates between polished and satin textures. The sides are slightly scalloped, tapering toward a faceted base. Preserved in great vintage condition.
Hoffmann & Schlevogt’s Ingrid collection, produced in Czechoslovakia during the 1920s–30s, featured luxurious molded and pressed glass objects in malachite and lapis colors. Curt Schlevogt and Heinrich Hoffmann collaborated to create high-relief decorative motifs – often mythological or botanical – within their distinctive “jade glass.”
