About

Pair of French mahogany wide-seat armchairs in Japoisme style. The frames are richly adorned with oriental motifs, such as ornamental friezes on the sides, the tops are made in pagoda shapes with beast portrait centers, the armrests are decorated with lion heads terminals, and the feet are in distinctive paw shapes. Completed with cream-white calico upholstery. Preserved in great antique condition.
