About

A pair of small to medium-sized wall mirrors in unusual horizontal format, carved in Baroque style and gilded throughout. Each frame features scrolling acanthus leaves, a central scallop shell crest, wingless cherub heads at the upper corners, and shaped feet at the base. The gilt surface shows natural wear consistent with age.
