About

Italian walnut writing table in Moorish style. The tabletop is adorned with carved curtain drop frieze, and is completed with later gilt stamped leather. The frame rests on columnar feet connected with an ebonized beam with a finial element at the center. Allover decorated with certosina bone geometric and floral inlays. Visible wear on the surface due to natural aging, minor chip on the frieze, signs of minor restoration. Overall good antique condition.
