A Buddhist terracotta brick depicting a standing figure within an arched niche, the surface retaining traces of original polychrome pigments in red, blue, and ochre. The figure is shown frontally, hands clasped at the chest, wearing a long robe with painted borders and a crown-like headdress. Modeled in low relief with soft contours typical of early devotional sculpture.

Dated to the Northern Wei dynasty (386–534 AD), when Buddhist imagery flourished across northern China under imperial patronage. Such bricks were often used to line temple or cave walls, forming part of larger votive compositions illustrating scenes of devotion and enlightenment.
