"Citrons et Amandes" (Lemons and Almonds) is an oil on canvas still life by Guy Bardone depicting lemons, almonds, and green fruit arranged on a platter set upon a striped tablecloth. Signed lower right on recto and titled on verso. Presented in original decorative wooden frame.

Guy Bardone (1927–2015) was a French Neo Figurative painter known for still lifes and landscapes. He studied at the Ecole des Beaux-Arts in Lyon and the Ecole Nationale Superieure des Arts Decoratifs in Paris under Maurice Brianchon and Francois Desnoyer. In 1952, he received the Prix Felix Feneon, followed by the Greenshields Prize in 1957, establishing his reputation within post-war French figurative painting.
