About

Silverplate cocktail shaker in three parts. The body and top lid are decorated with etched Art Deco wavy pattern, while the built-in strainer features mirror finish. Great vintage condition with minor sings of aging on the surface. The bottom displays a "signpost" mark, reminiscent to letter "T" and text "REGS T.M Made in England E.P.N.S" – identifying William Suckling production.

William Suckling (later William Suckling & Son, later known as Suckling Ltd) was active in Birmingham (at 40 Tenby St, 35 Albion St and 5 Pope St) from 1895 to 1965. The company specialized in a wide range of silver-plated holloware marketed under the several trade names, such as Burmese, Kingsway Plate, Platine Metal, and the featured Regis Plate.
