Thomas Holroyd (1821-1904) was an English painter renowned for his portraits and landscapes, primarily active in Harrogate, North Riding of Yorkshire, England. He received his education at Leigh's Academy and Couture's Academy, augmenting his skills with extensive travels across the United States, Canada, Europe, Egypt, Russia, and the Holy Land. Besides his artistic endeavors, he also co-ran the successful photography business T & J Holroyd.
