About

Mirror made in reverse-painting technique, also known as Verre Églomisé. Depicting fighting roosters, a flying duck, and two swallows. Newly framed.

The aesthetic of this painting is inspired by Japanese art from the Meiji period, such as rooster figures are a reference to a famous painting by Isoda Koryusai (1735–1790).
