Antique albumen print, captures a group of women, fruit vendors, in a traditional Egyptian setting. The composition features four women in the foreground, dressed in long robes and veils, with two large baskets filled with oranges.

This print appears to be the work of the Zangaki Brothers, the origins of the negative are unknown, possibly by Carlo Naya, Gabriel Lekegian, or Felix Bonfils.

Slight signs of wear and fading. Newly framed.
